Michele and Steve
Hawkins: 1969 Mach 1 M code. Imported from US in 2003 and
restoration by Matamata Panelworks in 2005-6. Motor reconditioned in
2007-8 and back on the road in 2009. Michele and Steve bought the car in
2014 and have nearly finished returning it to original specification. It
came second (69-70 Mach 1 class) in the AMOC club show in 2014 and was
in the team that came third in the Ellerslie Intermarque Concours
d'Elegance in 2015 (car scored fourth out of 14 team entries). Travelled
under 2,000 miles between 2003 and 2015
